LBRDC Promotes Gender Sensitivity and Inclusion in the Workplace!
The LBP Resources and Development Corporation (LBRDC), through its Gender and Development (GAD) Program, successfully held a one-day training on Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) and Gender Equality, Diversity, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) on October 16, 2025, at City Garden Suites Manila.
Seventeen (17) participants, composed of GAD Technical Working Group members and selected LBRDC employees, took part in the engaging session led by Mr. Kimani Lester Comia, who served as the resource speaker. The activity featured interactive discussions, group exercises, and reflection activities that deepened participants’ understanding of gender diversity and inclusion.
This initiative strengthened LBRDC’s efforts in fostering gender sensitivity, respect for diversity, and a safe, equitable, and inclusive workplace for all.
