LBRDC Strengthens Its Commitment to Gender Equality!
The LBP Resources and Development Corporation (LBRDC), through its Gender and Development (GAD) Program, successfully conducted a two-day training on Gender Analysis and the Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) on September 29–30, 2025, at City Garden Suites Manila.
The training, attended by members of the LBRDC GAD Technical Working Group (TWG), featured Ms. Nela Santiago and Ms. Naomi Estabillo as resource speakers. The sessions focused on identifying and addressing gender gaps, as well as applying the HGDG framework to design and evaluate gender-responsive programs and initiatives.
Through this activity, participants gained valuable insights and practical tools to further integrate gender perspectives in LBRDC’s policies, projects, and operations—demonstrating the corporation’s strong commitment to gender equality, inclusivity, and sustainable development.
