The LBRDC recently held a coaching session on Effective Presentation Reporting to help managers and staff improve their reporting skills.
The training focused on equipping attendees with practical strategies for organizing, structuring, and delivering reports that are clear, concise, and impactful.

Manila, Philippines – July 28, 2025 – LBP Resources and Development Corporation (LBRDC) successfully held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) , marking a key step in developing its new Leadership and Managerial Competency Framework. The session, held at Function Room 4 of LBP Plaza, gathered managers, supervisors, and staff from various units, along with LBRDC President and CEO Ricardo C. Juliano, to collaboratively define the leadership qualities crucial for the organization's future.
The discussion aimed to identify and validate the leadership/managerial competencies essential for driving performance, operational excellence, and organizational growth. The session opened with an interactive exercise via Menti.com, followed by breakout group discussions on leadership definitions, current practices, development gaps, and future-focused competencies.
Upholding our commitment to good corporate governance, LBRDC recently welcomed representatives from the GCG for a Performance Evaluation System (PES) validation.
The validation process highlighted LBRDC's commitment to both its mission and to strong corporate governance. The GCG's visit was an opportunity for LBRDC to demonstrate its dedication to transparent and effective operations, showcasing how the company's performance is not just about achieving targets, but also about upholding the highest standards of accountability and public service.

In commemoration of its five decades of dedicated service
and institutional excellence, the LBP Resources and Development
Corporation (LBRDC) held its 50 Anniversary Thanksgiving
Night on May 30, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at the
LANDBANK Plaza Hall, Malate, Manila. With the theme “50
Years of Building and Realizing Dreams,” the event gathered 183
attendees, including LBRDC officers and employees, esteemed
stakeholders, and prominent guests from the government and
private sectors. The celebration served as a momentous occasion
to honor the corporation’s rich history, recognize its
accomplishments, and reaffirm its commitment to delivering
responsive and innovative support services nationwide.
