Heinrich Tan Khoo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, risk management, and strategic leadership across energy, manufacturing, real estate, and financial services. He was appointed Director of LBP Leasing and Finance Corporation on March 13, 2026, with effectivity on March 26, 2026.

Mr. Khoo holds a Master’s degree in National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Manuel L. Quezon University. He has completed executive training in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

He has served as Chairman, President, and Director of various corporations, with expertise in business strategy, governance, and compliance. He is also actively involved in public service as Director of the Philippine Red Cross – Marikina Chapter.
